Our planned delivery services
Standard UK home delivery: BGSM plans to charge UK customers the selected eBay-based price for their item’s confirmed packed size, weight and retail-price band. We will choose an available delivery provider for fulfilment, which may have a different actual shipping cost. No courier service or delivery date is guaranteed solely by the rate table.
Printify and Printful orders: BGSM selects and markets the designs, while Printify, Printful and their assigned production partners handle printing or manufacturing, packing and dispatch for relevant items. BGSM does not print, warehouse or directly dispatch these products. Packages may come from different fulfilment centres or arrive separately, including from outside the UK. Their actual supplier postage can differ from BGSM's proposed customer charge; we verify the difference before opening an item for sale.
Your point of contact: For items purchased through the BGSM checkout, BGSM remains the seller and is responsible for order issues and statutory consumer rights. You do not need to negotiate with the production supplier for a remedy. Purchases completed on a third-party retailer's own website are instead subject to that retailer's sales contract.
Express delivery: Not yet offered as a guaranteed option. Express prices and dispatch times will be shown only where a verified service is available.
Click & Collect: eBay's Simple Delivery collection-point network is for eligible eBay orders and is not yet connected to this independent boutique.
BGSM proposed UK delivery charges — matching the eBay rate table
At your request, BGSM intends to charge customers the same numerical amounts as the published eBay Simple Delivery Home Delivery tariff for “all couriers selected / Royal Mail + Evri”. The amount depends on the confirmed parcel size, packed weight and item selling-price band. This is BGSM’s proposed independent-shop customer tariff, not a claim that an eBay prepaid shipping label applies to BGSM website orders.

Price source: eBay UK Seller Centre — Simple Delivery published rates (checked 19 October 2026). BGSM has copied the numerical rates for its draft UK delivery tariff only. eBay’s own discounts and carrier contracts are not available automatically for purchases from this website.
For example, BGSM’s proposed rate for an item sold under £75 is £2.70 for a qualifying large letter, £2.94 for a qualifying 0–1 kg small parcel or £3.71 for a qualifying 1–2 kg medium parcel. The shipping charge may be lower than BGSM’s actual supplier cost; BGSM would need to absorb the difference.
What you will actually pay at BGSM
Current status: the 35 BGSM draft delivery prices are configured internally, but online merchandise orders cannot yet be placed. Each physical product needs a confirmed packed size and weight before the relevant price can be used. Initially only single-physical-item deliveries are planned; multi-parcel or split-supplier orders require a separate approved calculation. The actual delivery price will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Where a print-on-demand item is produced overseas or several suppliers dispatch different parts of an order, actual rates may be higher than the eBay comparison. We will make that clear before payment. International delivery, Northern Ireland and remote-area services will be confirmed individually where applicable, not assumed.
Dispatch times and deliveries
In-stock merchandise dispatch timings and print-on-demand production times will be listed per product once verified. Production time is separate from travel time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. UK consumer law normally requires goods to be delivered within 30 days of the contract unless a different period is agreed.
Tracking details will be provided where the chosen supplier or courier makes them available. If your parcel is delayed, lost, faulty on arrival or sent to the wrong destination, please contact BGSM at info@bgsmenterpriseboutique.com. Once orders open, the order confirmation will also provide return and support instructions.
Bespoke fashion, books and event hire
Signature couture: made-to-order designs require a personal quote for production and delivery. Nothing shown on this page is a price for a bespoke commission.
Books purchased from Lulu or other retailers: checkout, postage, taxes, import duties and delivery estimates are set by the actual retailer.
Event décor hire: delivery, collection and any travel fee are quoted separately for the event location and required services.
Business note: the above table is a BGSM-proposed customer charging schedule matching eBay’s published numerical rates; it does not transfer eligibility for eBay Simple Delivery prepaid labels. Final launch requires confirming costs and parcel classification so BGSM can cover any difference paid to Printify, Printful or a courier.
