1. About BGSM Enterprise Boutique

BGSM Enterprise Boutique (“BGSM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a UK-based boutique showcasing clothing, gifts, books, children’s designs, bespoke fashion and selected creative services. For questions or complaints, contact info@bgsmenterpriseboutique.com. The full legal identity and geographical business address of the contracting seller must be displayed before this website starts accepting online orders.

These terms apply to purchases made directly through this website when checkout is activated. Separate agreements may apply to commissioned couture, event décor hire, courses and other services. Orders placed directly with third parties, including Lulu or other retailers, are subject to those providers’ respective checkout terms.

2. Website information and availability

Product photographs, graphics, colours and descriptions are provided to help customers understand each item. Display settings can affect colours. Measurements and product options will be provided as accurately as reasonably possible. A listed design may be a concept, made-to-order enquiry, supplier preview or ready-to-purchase item; its status will be stated. We do not promise that a preview product is in stock or available for immediate dispatch.

We may update product listings, prices, information and availability before an order is accepted. Nothing on this website removes your legal consumer rights.

2A. Print-on-demand fulfilment partners

For relevant merchandise designs, BGSM sources made-on-demand production and dispatch services from Printify, Printful and the individual print providers that fulfil orders through those platforms. BGSM designs, curates and markets the products; those partners normally print or manufacture, pack and ship the items directly to the delivery address supplied. BGSM does not claim to own their factories or to hold made-on-demand stock.

For purchases made through this website, BGSM remains the contracting seller and point of contact for problems, statutory remedies and refunds. A third-party manufacturer does not replace BGSM's obligations to its customers. A separately linked supplier shop (if introduced later) may act as the retailer for purchases made on that supplier's own checkout, and this will be clearly distinguished.

3. Placing an order

Once checkout is activated, a product page and checkout will display an item’s confirmed specification, available options, total price including applicable taxes, delivery charges and expected delivery arrangements before you commit to paying. You will be able to review and correct order details before submitting payment.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we accept the order by sending an order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt is not necessarily acceptance. If an item cannot be supplied, any payment already taken for it will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices for direct website purchases will be stated in British pounds (GBP). Applicable taxes and any delivery charges will be clearly stated before payment. BGSM uses Stripe-powered payment processing within Floot for the website; payment methods actually offered at checkout may vary. Card data is processed by the payment provider rather than being posted to us by email.

BGSM has selected a proposed UK postage tariff using the same numerical amounts as eBay’s published Simple Delivery home-delivery price bands. Before checkout opens, each eligible product will be assigned a suitable parcel-size category and its actual delivery charge will be shown before payment. This does not mean customers receive an eBay delivery service or prepaid eBay postage label. A quotation for bespoke fashion or décor hire is separate from a regular catalogue purchase.

5. Delivery and fulfilment

Physical products may be made and dispatched by Printify, Printful or other approved fulfilment partners. Production, shipment and availability depend on the specific product, chosen option and delivery address. Different products may arrive separately. Delivery service, cost and expected timing will be provided before any paid order.

Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, goods must normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made. Responsibility for goods generally passes to the consumer when they, or someone nominated by them, takes physical possession. Please see Delivery & Shipping.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

UK consumers usually have the right to cancel a standard online goods purchase within 14 days after delivery, notify us within that period and return goods within the following 14 days. Exceptions may apply to genuinely bespoke or clearly personalised goods. Being printed on demand does not alone create an exemption. Your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods still apply.

We will set out return instructions, our return address and any applicable consumer return-postage responsibility before orders open. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the rules and provides a model cancellation notice.

7. Bespoke designs and special orders

A request to enquire about a couture design is not a confirmed order. Before accepting any bespoke commission, we will agree the exact design, measurements, price, production schedule, delivery arrangements, any agreed deposit and applicable cancellation terms in writing. Statutory rights in relation to faulty goods are not excluded.

8. Digital materials, courses and events

Any future digital downloads or paid online courses will have their own access, delivery, licence and cancellation information displayed before purchase. Where immediate digital supply may affect cancellation rights, your express agreement and acknowledgement will be requested where legally required. Event décor hire and other services will be governed by an individual quotation or service agreement rather than the standard merchandise delivery table.

9. Intellectual property and responsible use

BGSM branding, original images, designs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Their appearance on the site does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, commercially resell or distribute them without the relevant permission. Please do not attempt to disrupt, exploit or gain unauthorised access to the website.

10. Complaints, liability and governing law

We aim to resolve reasonable enquiries and complaints promptly. You can email info@bgsmenterpriseboutique.com. Before orders open, we will also provide the geographical business address and instructions for raising order concerns. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders and will display the revision date. Terms applicable to a confirmed purchase will not be changed retrospectively without a lawful basis and your agreement where required.
